Min Menu (My Menu) – Market maturement project
01 - Challenge

How can a digital food planning system create value in the municipals?

Min Menu (My Menu) is a digital nutrition solution for citizens with special nutritional needs. It is developed and tested in collaboration with hospitals Herlev and Gentofte.
In this project, the company behind Min Menu, Movesca, works with Public Intelligence and Tønder Fælleskøkken (Shared kitchen of Tønder) to adapt the solution to a municipal context.

02 - Action

From identifying workflows to new service journeys

To understand the existing workflows revolving the meal of the citizens who receive food from Tønder Fælleskøkken, a definition of the kitchen, a care home, and a selection of citizens living at home was made. This knowledge leads to new service journeys for the use of Min Menu as well as an iterative adaption process.

When the solution is adapted to the workflows and needs of the citizens, employees, and organization we will test it on a selected group of citizens – to adjust the functions, but also to see if the wanted effect is created.

03 - Result

A digital solution adapted to the needs of the citizens and employees

Through the process, a solution will be created that not only matches the needs of Tønder Fælleskøkken and their citizens, but also, with minor adjustments, could be implemented in other big kitchens that deliver food to municipals, because in the process, tools for future adaption – and implementation processes for Min Menu are also being developed and tested.
